Emergency First Aid at Work - 6 hours. Maximum 12 students per instructor.
Students require 100% attendance to receive the HSE recommended certification which is valid for 3 years from date of issue and the HSE highly recommend the 3 hour "basic skills refresher" course is conducted every 12 months.
An Emergency First Aid at Work course must cover
- What to do in an emergency
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
- First Aid for the unconcious casualty
- First Aid for wounds and bleeding
- Dealing with common medical conditions
The course content is further enhanced to cater for the specific needs of your work area/ client base and covers conditions/ situations most likely to be, or have been, encountered by the course candidates.
