The Evolution of Manual Handling

From the HSE website: "manual handling courses should be suitable for the individual, tasks and environment involved, use relevant examples and last long enough to cover all relevant information, including advice on:- manual handling risk factors and how they occur, how to carry out safe manual handling - including good handling techniques, appropriate systems of work for individual's tasks and environment, use of mechanical aids, practical work to allow the trainer to identify and put right anything the trainee is not doing safely."

For more information on what should be expected from a training company and manual handling training session visit http://www.hse.gov.uk/contact/faqs/manualhandling.htm#what and remember we go one step further and actually insist on incoporating the tasks your workforce do in their jobs into our sessions and, where possible, do this in the areas they work.

We firmly believe our approach to manual handling and training delivery style plus back up systems makes us true leaders in helping change the perception and attitude to manual handling in industry. Don't take our word for it - see some our clients feedback on the testimonials page "...post training stats show a reduction of 70% in related injuries..."
